You may place your order via e-mail. All items are referenced with an item stock code which must be included in your order.

Certain items may be collected in Cape Town. All other stock will be shipped via courier Nationwide and will include simple, step-by-step instructions on filling the items. A small threaded screw allows access to the inner chamber, and a miniature funnel (provided with all orders) is used to fill the cremation jewellery.

Lead time is 8 weeks for stock items, lead time for out of stock and custom made pieces will be quoted on order.

Our jewellery is made from Stainless Steel. 

Material keepsakes are not limited to pillow cases, other designs include teddy bears, blankets, or anything specific made out of the treasured material. 

Should you want something unique, please send us an e-mail and we will quote you based on your required specifications.

Cape Town: 50% deposit (Cash or EFT) is required upon order and the balance due on collection / delivery

Nationwide: 75% deposit (Cash or EFT) is required and balance due before shipping.

Shipping costs will depend on the destination.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you not be satisfied, you may send it back within 30 days of your receipt for a Refund or Exchange, less the shipping cost (should it apply).

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to refund custom design products, as it was specially designed according to your requirements.

Any other jewellery that includes personalization of any kind such as engraving, a photo, any fillings of ashes, burial soil or a lock of hair, we regret are non-refundable.
